Truly, the older we get...Your post is so right on. Truly, the older we get, our list becomes shorter and very different. I remember my mother used to say, "My gift is having all my family together." Now, I feel the same way. It is a blessing to share time, love and thanks to our Heavenly Father, the giver of all great and worthy gifts. Yes, I love to see my grandchildren's eyes light up when they open that treasured item they wanted most, but they too are being taught what is really important and meaningful in life.
